Non-medical support

A calm presence through pregnancy, birth, and *at home*.

Every family deserves a steady companion who stays through the long hours of labor and sits quietly beside you during the first weeks home with a newborn. Our community doulas provide physical comfort, reassurance, and hands-on rest, completely free of charge.

What a doula does

A doula does not check monitors or make medical decisions. We hold space, answer questions without judgment, massage a tired back, and ensure you have water, food, and someone who listens when the nights get long.

Prenatal visits

Continuous labor presence

Postpartum home care

We meet in your living room or over coffee to talk through what to expect, practice comfort positions, and help you write down your questions for your doctor or midwife.

When your contractions begin, your doula comes to your home or hospital room to stay by your side through active labor, offering steady physical and emotional reassurance.

In the weeks after birth, we visit your home to check in on feeding, hold the baby so you can shower or sleep, and make sure your pantry has what it needs.

Rest at home

Someone to watch over the house while you sleep

The first month home with an infant can blur together in a haze of fatigue. Having a doula come over for a few hours means you can finally close your eyes knowing someone trusted is folding laundry, watching the baby, and keeping watch.

No mom should navigate these months alone.

Reach out whenever you are ready. There is an open chair and a soft blanket waiting for you.
