What to expect

Come exactly as you are

You do not need to clean your stroller, wash your hair, or arrive on time. Someone will hold your baby while you eat a warm snack, use the restroom in peace, or simply sit back on a floor pillow without having to explain yourself.

Circles are guided by experienced neighborhood mothers and community doulas who listen without offering unsolicited advice. Everything shared stays in the room, and you are welcome to speak freely or just sit quietly.
